The logo offers room for interpretation. Its asymmetry shows dynamics and movement or in "MIVA-language": mobility. The cross which is floating above the wave refers not only to air as a medium of movement, but also to the sky in interaction with the earth. The wave as a symbol of movement stands below the cross which shows the direction like a star in the sky: mission as invitation and orientation. Christ himself is referred to as "morning star of the dark night".
In an upright position the symbol cross-star also demonstrates stability and balance. Above and below, earth and sky are in contact. The view of the sky gives sense and direction to the travelling on earth.
