Every year MIVA finances about 1000 vehicles in about 60 countries of the world. The number of aided projects is less than the number of financed vehicles as a project can comprise several vehicles. One example is the MIVA May-campaign where sometimes one hundred bicycles are financed, and several vehicles are often combined in one big project.
